The project is located in Küçükçekmece, İstanbul. It is so close to Atatürk Airport and E-5 road.

CONSEPT

The project is made as a building estate and designed using distinctive color bodies and different materials based on Hausman system. European boulevard tissue samples taken instead of a uniform row houses are moving, rising and falling.

DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE

Some facades have application methods like sinter flex, plaster while the others have ceramic applications. However, surface coloring in different vibrant colors have bringed benefit and design value to the project. The traditional image of the wooden pergola system on the roof synthesised with essential concept, European tissue, and gained modern and different line.

LIFE

Residence has been identified as 40%of housing, 10% of trade centre and 50% of the recreation areas which is an important part. A great element of functional water ( pool) is located in the middle of the field.
