In the Bosom of History and Nature...
Name of the project is derived from the combination of the word Flora that we created as our title, by taking inspiration from the “flora” and natural beauties of Bursa, and the word Vita which means “life” in Italian.
Flora Vita invites you to a peaceful and comfortable life, thanks to its close proximity to the wonders of nature like Saitabat and Alacam Waterfalls, sports and activity centres, industrial and social spaces. Situated 15-minute drive from Ulucami (Grand Mosque), Flora Vita is an exclusive project that will make all the difference, with easy transport to the tourism centres, such as Tophane, Clock Tower, Green Tomb, Cable Car and Emirsultan.
Flora Vita is located right next to Cumalikizik which is inscribed on UNESCO World Heritage List as the oldest Ottoman village that preserved its natural texture with its 700-year history. A thousand shades of nature is just a step ahead of your home, on the foothills of Uludag (Great Mountain), within the historical atmosphere of Bursa.
Designed to satisfy what is needed for a contemporary living, Flora Vita offers the convenience of easy transport, in addition to a wide range of social facilities.
